FlatOut 4 Total Insanity was released in late January of 2017, and it does not disappoint. The game is an arcade racer that requires use of various power-ups to get to the finish line. There are no weapons, though, so if you want to get past the other racers you'll have to be quick on your feet. There are different types of races available, which range from single player to multiplayer against another human player or computer opponents. Alongside these are challenges which are either single player or multiplayer as well as time trials with leaderboards for each track. Multiplayer can be played online or offline so you can take a break from racing and try a different challenge to sharpen your skills. There are several different types of tracks, ranging from cities to docks to fields, all with varying terrain and conditions. Every track is made up of segments as well as checkpoints that will determine how far your car will travel after it is launched off a ramp or into a barrel roll type stunt. Mostly FlatOut 4 Total Insanity only has the one type of race, but there are also occasional rally races where you have to watch out for falling rocks and falling trees along narrow roads. Along with the different race types there are also different cars. There are twenty-nine different cars to choose from along with three different game modes that all take place in the basic basic racing gameplay. The game also came with a few other features that were not present in FlatOut 4 Total Insanity, such as online multiplayer, internet/console leaderboards, and achievements/trophies. This game has no batteries included so it will not run without them through the use of USB power supply. - Not Available- - Not Available- The game is an arcade racer that requires use of various power-ups to get to the finish line.
